Hey, Ben, I'm going to send you my SASE because I'm interested in this. Just curious, though - can you share any info about the die/machine, or the background behind this generous offer of yours? Also, and please forgive my noob question, but what does the "penny through quarter set" include in terms of original coins? Nickel? Dime? Regardless, thanks for making this available

I purchased this machine a few months ago, it was made by Frank Brazzell, probably in the 70's or 80's. The die was comissioned by Gerald Elliot, the previous owner of the machine, and was engraved by Rocky Rockholt. Since I got the die with the machine, and am not incredibly attached to the subject matter, I'll give this one away, and hopefully get my name out there for when I start making some of my own coins.
As far as the penny through quarter set, that includes a cent, nickel, dime, and quarter. Sorry if I disappoint anyone, but I won't be rolling out copper 2 cent pieces, half-dismes, silver or nickel trimes, or expensive seated liberty 20 cent pieces.

Not sure why I didn't notice your response before now, Ben, but thanks for the response! I notice you didn't say Krugerrand, so can I assume that's an EC option? I just bought a lot of ECs on eBay that included many Brazzells, so it's cool to learn that he's connected with this.

Hey, Ben, how much postage do I need to put on the SASE? Would two stamps cover it? I'm going to send it off tomorrow...

If you're just going to get the free penny, or a quarter, 1 stamp will cover it. For the full set, 2 stamps is probably the way to go. I might be a little delayed in getting it sent back, I'm in Boston right now at the ANA.
Thanks!

I sent you my SASE the other day, Ben, asking for the full set. Fortunately, I threw two stamps on it so there shouldn't be a problem. Thanks!

Cool, Ben, can't wait to receive the set. (And I'm guessing you were the one who gave me the double Where's George hit on Sunday? ) I'm looking forward to seeing your pix, too. This weekend, I actually checked out all the vids on TEC's YouTube channel, which seem to be primarily from last year's convention.

Hey, Ben, got my SASE today and THANKS! The full set is terrific, including the nice green-painted reverses with clear dates and features visible. What's crazy is that as I've been cataloging my current ECs, I discovered I have a penny with (what appears to be) the same design that I got in one of the eBay lots I scored. The one you rolled is much nicer, though; clean, shiny and the reverse is clear, as I mentioned. Thanks again!
